Check-in process needs serious streamlining!!! Noisy environments disrupt sleep, making for a frustrating experience!!! Cleanliness in some areas could use significant improvement to meet expectations!!!

We had a fantastic time enjoying the live piano music and sipping cocktails while soaking up the beautiful decor. The pool and spa provided some much-needed relaxation after our busy day. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. I’d definitely recommend trying the restaurant's breakfast during your visit! 🎶

I recently enjoyed my stay at The Benson Portland, Curio Collection By Hilton! The room had stunning city views paired with a super comfy king bed, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The staff were exceptional, especially the bar service, and the fitness room was well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with my workouts.

Breakfast options were limited.

Had a lovely stay at Curio Collection. The King Bed with City View was super comfy. The staff stood out, especially the bar service. The wellness offerings included a yoga studio and a modern fitness room. Location proved convenient, just a short walk to Union Station. However, noise from the street disrupted the peace at times. The hot water issue was frustrating. I had to wait over 45 minutes for room service. It felt like staff needed better communication regarding issues. A lovely hotel, but some improvements required in service delivery.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically for them in the hotel, like a game room or pool games.

The meeting space was exceptional, supporting a productive atmosphere. The staff, notably the valets, provided outstanding service with warm greetings and quick assistance. The food served during my meetings was impressive, with a variety that catered to all tastes, making the experience enjoyable and professional.
